Hi, I\u2019m Keilah, founder of Booked & Balanced Finances. I\u2019ve always had a passion for organization, helping others, and finding ways to make things run more smoothly. Little did I know that those strengths would lead me to a career in bookkeeping and ultimately to starting my own business.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I initially went to college with plans to become a nurse, but along the way, I discovered how much I enjoyed business, accounting, and working with numbers. I followed that interest and earned my associate degree in accounting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the past 20 years, I\u2019ve had the opportunity to work as a bookkeeper for several companies, gaining valuable experience and developing a deep understanding of the financial side of running a business. Throughout those years, I also dreamed of building something of my own\u2014something where I could work directly with business owners, provide meaningful support, and develop long-lasting relationships with the people I serve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2026, I felt called to finally pursue that dream and create Booked & Balanced Finances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My goal is simple: to take the stress out of bookkeeping and give business owners confidence in their numbers. By keeping your books accurate, organized, and up to date, I want to give you peace of mind and valuable time back so you can focus on the work you love and growing the business you\u2019ve worked so hard to build.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Based in Quakertown, Pennsylvania, Booked & Balanced Finances proudly provides bookkeeping services to small businesses and nonprofits throughout Bucks, Lehigh, and Montgomery Counties, as well as remote clients across the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
