Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Keilah, founder of Booked & Balanced Finances. I’ve always had a passion for organization, helping others, and finding ways to make things run more smoothly. Little did I know that those strengths would lead me to a career in bookkeeping and ultimately to starting my own business.
I initially went to college with plans to become a nurse, but along the way, I discovered how much I enjoyed business, accounting, and working with numbers. I followed that interest and earned my associate degree in accounting.
For the past 20 years, I’ve had the opportunity to work as a bookkeeper for several companies, gaining valuable experience and developing a deep understanding of the financial side of running a business. Throughout those years, I also dreamed of building something of my own—something where I could work directly with business owners, provide meaningful support, and develop long-lasting relationships with the people I serve.
In 2026, I felt called to finally pursue that dream and create Booked & Balanced Finances.
My goal is simple: to take the stress out of bookkeeping and give business owners confidence in their numbers. By keeping your books accurate, organized, and up to date, I want to give you peace of mind and valuable time back so you can focus on the work you love and growing the business you’ve worked so hard to build.
Based in Quakertown, Pennsylvania, Booked & Balanced Finances proudly provides bookkeeping services to small businesses and nonprofits throughout Bucks, Lehigh, and Montgomery Counties, as well as remote clients across the country.
